Let us introduce ourselves! The BC in BCAE stands for Ben Craven, the AE is for Arron El-Ammar. We’re friends from university and now Co-Directors at BCAE Architects.
We’re based in Euxton, near Preston, and have office space in Manchester, covering the whole of the North-West. Together we have more than 25 years combined architectural experience.
We are passionate about our work, from bespoke new homes, extensions, conversions, renovations and adaptations to larger scale residential schemes and commercial properties.

Every client and site is unique, our aim as your architect is to deliver your dream, creating bespoke designs that are simple, engaging, beautiful and surpass your expectations.
We’re lucky enough to work with some great consultants, and when we need a specialist craftsperson or heritage expert, we know who to call. They’re very much part of the team too, and we’ll always appreciate what they bring to the table.
From sharing your 3D design using our virtual reality headsets, to handing over your keys, we’ll work together with you and take care of everything from start to finish.
