Tulketh Brow – Victorian Terrace to High-Quality HMO Conversion
Tulketh Brow is a commercial conversion project that transformed a four-bedroom Victorian terraced property in Preston into a high-quality seven-bedroom HMO. Our clients, based in London, sought a full-service architect to lead the project, as they had no local connections with builders, contractors, suppliers, or consultants.
From the outset, we took a strategic approach, interrogating the existing layout to ensure the best return on investment while maximising the property’s potential. With a clear vision, we developed the design proposals and technical package, ensuring the project was both functional and financially viable.
Utilising our trusted network, we managed the tender process, appointing A.R.N Projects as the main contractor. Throughout the four-month construction period, we remained hands-on, conducting weekly site visits to oversee progress and maintain quality control.
